The Budget Motel will not rent a room to an individual who resides within a twenty five mile radius of the hotel.

Exceptions to this policy are limited to a few following exceptions: emergency, fire and or water damage and emergency lodging is needed, fulfilling a lawful duty of service, and large family events (such as wedding receptions) which rent rooms on behalf of guests. For bookings that meet one of the above exceptions should contact the Budget Motel and ask to speak with management. The Budget Motel reserves the right to determine if the exception qualifies.

Idaho Code allows a hotelkeeper to refuse accommodations, facilities, or privileges of a hotel to any person who refuses to abide by reasonable standards or policies established by the hotelkeeper for management and operation of the hotel
